Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management:

·   Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

·   Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing expectations.

·   Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and promotional opportunities with key account partners.

2. Sales Strategy and Planning:

·   Develop strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.

·   Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics) to execute account-specific strategies and initiatives.

·   Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and market dynamics.

3. Business Development:

·   Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing key accounts to expand product distribution and market reach.

·   Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, discuss growth opportunities, and address challenges.

·   Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and profitability.

4. Sales Reporting and Analysis:

·   Track and analyze sales performance metrics for key accounts, including sales volume, revenue growth, and profitability.

·   Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.

·   Utilize CRM software and sales analytics tools to manage account data and monitor progress against goals.

Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, discuss growth opportunities, and address challenges.

Implement strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to increase revenue and profitability.

5. Regular and Periodic Activities:

5.1 Daily Activities:

·   Communicate with key accounts to discuss orders, shipments, and product availability.

·   Address customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

·   Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts.

5.2 Weekly Activities:

·      Conduct weekly meetings with key account partners to review sales performance, promotional activities, and upcoming initiatives.

·      Analyze weekly sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and forecasts as needed.

·      Update account plans and sales forecasts based on ongoing discussions and feedback from key accounts.

5.3    Monthly Activities:

·      Prepare monthly business reviews and performance summaries for key accounts, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.

·      Participate in monthly strategic planning sessions to align sales strategies with company goals and objectives.

·      Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives within key accounts.

5.4    Quarterly Activities:

·      Participate in quarterly business reviews with senior management to report on key account performance and strategic initiatives.

·      Develop and present quarterly sales forecasts and growth projections for key accounts.

·      Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute quarterly promotional campaigns and product launches.

Work Environment:

·      The work environment includes travel to visit key accounts and attend industry events as needed.

·      Adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations is essential.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.

· years of experience in key account management or sales roles, preferably in the FMCG sector.

·      Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within key accounts.

·      Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

·      Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account-specific sales strategies.

·      Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
