DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive activities.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and reports to potential clients and management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align business development strategies with company objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • With 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce (preferred Philippines market) business BD, familiar with brand cooperation and KOL cooperation logic on platforms such as TikTok.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in e-commerce, retail, or distribution).
  • Skilled in expanding and maintaining influencer resources, understanding the local influencer hierarchy (top/middle/KOC) and cooperation model in the Philippines.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient in English (verbal and written).
