What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer enquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  2. Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and provide customised solutions
  3. Troubleshoot problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  5. Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our service offerings

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or chat/email support environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer enquiries
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
