What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in a chat or online support environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficient in written English, with the ability to provide clear and concise responses
  5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and able to multitask effectively
