Job Description

As a Digital Account Manager, you support a major global eCommerce brand by coordinating strategy execution, aligning internal teams, and ensuring clients receive clear, actionable performance insights. While you won't manage media buying directly, your influence shapes campaign outcomes across Meta, Google, and Programmatic channels by providing leadership, strategic recommendations, and client-facing clarity.

You will support campaigns that cover:

• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
• Programmatic Advertising (Amazon DSP)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3+ years of experience in the digital marketing space, focusing on client communication, project coordination, and campaign oversight rather than hands-on execution
• 2+ years leading or overseeing Account Management or Marketing teams or specialists executing digital campaigns
• Experience in eCommerce or conversion-focused marketing (agency or client side)
• Ability to analyze and present campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics
• Proficient in Mac OS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Process-driven and comfortable working in spreadsheets and technical platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong client-facing capability
• Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable personality suited for dynamic agency settings

Your Daily Tasks

• Lead and mentor a team of four Marketing Specialists to ensure client campaigns run successfully, working collaboratively with another Account Manager to coordinate resources and achieve client KPIs
• Coordinate campaign workflow for assigned accounts based on strategy and process
• Analyze campaign analytics to uncover insights and create actionable recommendations
• Prepare client reports and performance updates regularly
• Organize, prioritize and manage all campaigns for clients using project management software as the main communication, delegation and progress tracking vehicle
• Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication using project management tools
• Assist account leads in resolving client concerns and tracking performance progress
• Maintain organized documentation and internal records for all client accounts
• Oversee campaign budgets, invoicing, and creative coordination
• Complete other duties, tasks and activities as they arise
