Job Description

As a Bookkeeper, you'll maintain accurate financial records, manage accounts, and ensure data integrity in support of U.S.-based operations. You'll work closely with an expert accounting team to deliver reliable financial reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.

Shift: Night shift, Weekends Off (Monday to Friday, 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM PH time)

The Qualifications We Seek

• 4-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal communication)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software preferred
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality and integrity

Your Daily Tasks

• Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconcile bank accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings
• Prepare financial statements and internal management reports
• Enter and reconcile payroll transactions
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules
• Support special projects, audits, and financial analysis as needed
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and company accounting policies
• Collaborate effectively within a fully remote team environment
