About the role

We are seeking a talented Business Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team at RUCS KONSULT CORPORATION'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our Advertising, Arts & Media agency. Based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client portfolio and delivering exceptional service.

What you'll be doing

Facilitate on-time processing and feedback of job order for site requirements from account executives.

Collaborate with sales team representative on reservations and processing of required supporting documents for booking of sites that includes the creation of needed site P&L analysis for company owned, sub-leased operated and existing uncontrolled sites.  P&L analysis for New and/or special execution projects shall remain to be the sole responsibility of the assigned Bus. Dev't personnel.  Once the P&L of any of these projects are approved, then it will be transferred to the BD Coordinator.

Recording and regular updating of status owned and subleased-operated sites in terms rates, availability, terms of payment, restrictions, etc.  Update status of uncontrolled sites as soon as information is made available by existing supplier.

Organized filing and tracking lease agreements / contracts of owned & subleased-operated sites.

Assist in continuous pooling of new sites from other operators and contacts in the industry.

Develop productive business relationship with potential and existing partners.

Processing of payment request for site rentals.

Coordinate with other departments as needed to meet the required result.

Keep up on market trends to help provide insight into product development, competitive positioning and benchmarking

10.    Perform other duties in relation to business development & property management that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a business development or account management role, preferably within the Advertising, Arts & Media industry
  2. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
  3. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities
  5. Familiarity with industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
