To provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team in managing leads, franchise documentation, coordination, and reporting—ensuring efficient processing of business development activities and client transactions.

  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing business documents, franchise applications, and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and clients in the database or CRM system.
  • Handle inquiries and follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages as directed by the team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for requirements, schedules, and client transactions.
  • Provide assistance during business presentations, orientations, and meetings.
  • Schedule appointments, monitor calendars, and assist in client engagement activities.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, franchise inquiries, and sales performance.
  • Track and summarize status of franchise applications, contracts, and payments.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of client records and business development documents.
  • Support the Business Development team during events, roadshows, and trade fairs.
  • Assist in processing payments and coordinating with Accounting for billing or collection.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist in logistics requirements for the department.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
