
HR Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Prepare and manage pre-employment requirements, contracts, and employee records.
- Conduct or assist in employee orientation sessions.
- Coordinate with other departments (IT, Admin, Training, Operations) to ensure new hires have the necessary tools and access.
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Serves as a point of contact for new hires regarding onboarding-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 4 years college graduate.
- Fresher is welcome to apply but preferably with HR experience in onboarding, recruitment or employee engagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS or similar HR systems.
- Customer service oriented with a positive and welcoming attitude.
- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo.
