Job summary:
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources and Administration Department in onboarding new hires, managing employee relations, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and government requirements. The role also provides administrative assistance in various HR activities and promotes a positive and organized workplace environment.
Job qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Communication Arts, Behavioral Science or related field
- At least 3 years' work experience.
- Well-rounded experience in all HR Facets and Admin task with a strong focus on Employee Relations, Training and Development, Recruitment and overall HR Management.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Knowledgeable in using of Canva and Microsoft
- With satisfactory communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Willing to be assigned to Bacolod City
- Willing to work ASAP
