HR and Admin Officer

Job Summary:
The HR and Admin Officer are responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative functions of the company. This role ensures effective implementation of HR policies, supports recruitment and employee engagement activities, maintains accurate records, and oversees general administrative operations to support smooth business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
· Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
· Support employee engagement, performance evaluation, and training activities.
· Handle employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
· Prepare HR-related reports and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
· Oversee office operations and ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace.
· Source and manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
· Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
· Handle company permits, licenses, and compliance with government requirements.
· Support management in planning and implementing company policies and administrative systems.
· Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
· Good English-speaking skills
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in HR and Administrative functions.
· Knowledge of labor laws, government benefits, and compliance requirements.
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
