Job responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Manage compensation and benefits administration, including payroll coordination and government contributions Prepare HR reports, memos, and standard documentation Help implement company policies and employee engagement programs Ensure HR practices comply with Philippine labor laws and company standards Assist in employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and internal communications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related course At least 2 years of experience in general HR functions, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, administration, and timekeeping Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance Experience in the construction industry or a similar setting is a strong advantage
