Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 PM – 5 AM (PH Time)

Role Overview
The Onboarding Manager plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless integration experience for new hires and new client teams within Access Care. This role bridges HR, Operations, and Client Success, managing the onboarding lifecycle from pre-hire preparation to full productivity.
You'll be responsible for creating a structured and positive onboarding experience that reflects Access Care's values, ensures compliance, and sets up both employees and clients for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, design, and continuously improve the employee onboarding process for the PH site (and support onboarding for global teams where needed).
- Coordinate with HR, IT, and Operations for account setups, system access, and workspace readiness.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce company culture, policies, tools, and global workflows.
- Manage onboarding timelines, track progress, and ensure new hires meet performance checkpoints.
- Support U.S. and international client onboarding for new projects, ensuring documentation, credentials, and process SOPs are completed.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure smooth transitions from training to active operations.
- Monitor onboarding metrics, feedback, and retention trends; provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Maintain and update onboarding resources, checklists, and orientation materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in onboarding, HR operations, or client implementation (preferably with U.S. exposure).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS Office 365, Google Workspace, and HR/CRM systems.
- Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM PH time) to align with U.S. operations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare or BPO setting (U.S. healthcare exposure is an advantage).
- Knowledge of compliance onboarding (HIPAA, data privacy).
- Process improvement and documentation experience.
- A people-first mindset with strong empathy and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25, Php38,000.00 per month
