We're seeking a Call Center Manager whose primary responsibility will be proactively reaching out to prospective shippers via outbound cold calls and emails. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying their transportation needs and offering our services as the ideal solution. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads, onboard new customers, and build long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a minimum of 120 outbound cold calls daily to prospective clients across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Send targeted emails to supplement call outreach and maintain follow-up sequences.
  • Identify and understand the specific logistics or transportation needs of each potential client.
  • Present customized shipping solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Successfully onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to the operations team.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the on-site sales and operations teams.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound cold calling, B2B sales, and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet home office setup, and a headset.
