The goal is to identify companies with surplus or used IT networking and telephone equipment available for sale. This is a straightforward calling role focused on outreach, collecting basic information, and forwarding qualified leads to our team.
--- Responsibilities Make outbound calls to commercial businesses across the USA. Inquire about any excess, pre-owned, or out-of-service IT networking or telephone equipment they want to liquidate. When a business confirms available equipment, immediately forward/transfer the call to our team. If no answer, leave a voicemail using our approved message. Maintain simple call logs and note results of each call. Follow calling scripts and guidelines provided.
--- Requirements Experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or call center work. Laptop or desktop computer. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Clear speaking voice and professional communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet hourly call expectations. Quiet work environment suitable for calling.
