About the Role

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant – Inbound Calls, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to book vehicle inspections or make service inquiries. Your role is to provide outstanding customer support over the phone, coordinate bookings accurately, and ensure every customer receives a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing questions and concerns with care.
  • Coordinate Bookings: Schedule vehicle inspections and services while ensuring all details are accurate.
  • Customer Follow-up: Confirm appointments, relay updates, and assist with any booking adjustments.
  • Administrative Support: Manage emails, update CRM records, and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Australian operations and bookings teams to maintain seamless workflows.
  • Customer Experience: Represent the ASAP Roadworthys brand with warmth, reliability, and professionalism at all times.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in customer service, inbound call handling, or virtual assistant roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Calm, patient, and empathetic in handling customer inquiries or concerns.

Equipment Requirements

Since this is a remote position, applicants must have:

  • A reliable laptop or desktop computer
  • A working webcam (for meetings and training sessions)
  • A noise-cancelling headset
  • Stable high-speed internet connection
  • A quiet, professional workspace free from background noise

Work Schedule

  • Shifts may fall between 5:00 AM and 6:00 PM Manila time, Monday to Friday
  • Some weekend availability may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
