Role Summary
We are hiring a remote CSR/Dispatcher with ServiceTitan experience to support outbound follow-ups and scheduling for a home services company (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
This role focuses on outbound customer calls, moving open jobs forward, securing estimate approvals, and scheduling preventative maintenance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound follow-up calls for:
- Unscheduled recommendations
- Open work orders
- Unpaid services
- Schedule preventative maintenance (PM) appointments
- Follow up on quotes and estimates to secure customer approval
- Handle high-volume outbound calling to move jobs to completion
- Schedule and reschedule appointments accurately in ServiceTitan
- Update work orders, customer notes, and call outcomes in ServiceTitan
- Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams to ensure jobs are scheduled correctly
Requirements
- ServiceTitan experience required (minimum 1 year)
- At least 2 years of experience as a: Dispatcher, (CSR), Scheduling Coordinator
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical services preferred
- Strong English verbal and written communication
- Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups
- Highly organized, persistent, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently in a remote environment

Pay: Php52, Php56,000.00 per month
