GEMECO is a packaging company engaged in the manufacture of tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products.
GEMECO's customers include - Angel Milk, Alaska Milk, 555 Sardines, Argentina Corned Beef, Century Tuna, Ligo Sardines, Purefoods Hormel - San Miguel, Swift, Virginia Foods, and Youngstown.
B2B SALES MANAGER
Responsibilities
Client Acquisition
- Plans, develops and executes sales strategies to nurture existing strong client base and expand into new market opportunities
Team Management
- Leads, organizes, motivates sales department to form a dynamic team that can meet sales objectives and provide customer satisfaction
- Manages sales office admin, deliveries and collections
Sales Management
- Generates sales forecasts and analyzes sales statistics to determine monthly/ annual sales plan
- Provides regular written reports on department performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or its equivalent
- With 8 years of experience in managerial level/ people management
- With proven leadership skills and impressive B2B track record
- Organized, trustworthy and with strong positive work ethics
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Company is located in Novaliches, Quezon City
