About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of post-sales support and administrative tasks. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for delivering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management

  • Conduct daily sales activities within your assigned territory.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships at all levels within key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions and exceed expectations.
  • Execute weekly sales calls, presentations, follow-ups, and customized pitches to assigned accounts.
  • Schedule and conduct post-sales visits, providing clients with updated materials, insights, and support.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate dispenser requests and oversee installation with client sites.
  • Perform regular collection activities every Friday.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Attend supplier meetings and participate in bidding sessions as needed.
  • Contribute actively during team sales meetings and strategic planning discussions.
  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and new business opportunities.
  • Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, and client follow-ups.
  • Provide administrative support and manage documentation for assigned accounts.

Who We're Looking For

  • Graduate of a business-related course.
  • At least
    1 year of experience
    in Institutional / B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and solutions-oriented.
  • Organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
