B2B Sales Representative

Job Description: You'll join a dynamic coffee wholesale business where your sales skills will directly drive international growth. This role puts you at the center of global coffee trade, connecting premium products with businesses worldwide. You'll work with warm leads and established processes while having the autonomy to close deals and build lasting client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in B2B wholesale sales within an exciting industry that's experiencing significant growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume cold outreach to coffee roasters and traders internationally
- Close sales directly over the phone when prospects are ready to purchase
- Send follow-up emails and documentation to prospects requiring additional materials
- Secure commitments and schedule follow-up calls for longer sales cycles
- Manage sales pipeline and maintain communication throughout the sales process
- Work with existing lead databases while focusing on calling and closing activities
- Adapt sales approach based on client needs and purchasing processes
- Build relationships with wholesale buyers in the global coffee industry
- Proven experience in B2B sales with demonstrated closing ability
- Strong communication skills and confident phone presence for B2B sales
- Customer service background with relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and cold outreach
- Ability to work UK business hours consistently
- Experience with international B2B sales is a bonus
- Knowledge of wholesale or commodity trading helps but isn't required
