Job Summary
The B2B Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, managing key accounts, and identifying new opportunities to expand Dexterton Corporation's market reach. The role focuses on driving sales growth, executing marketing strategies for B2B segments, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B accounts across key industries.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and support.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop customized solutions for corporate clients.
Prepare and deliver professional business presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business strategy.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to meet company profitability goals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Ensure post-sales client satisfaction and handle account servicing needs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing corporate clients.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with interior products, building materials, or related industries (preferred).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php40, Php60,000.00 per month
