About the Role

This leadership role is ideal for someone who can both manage and inspire a team while driving new business growth in a project-based, B2B sales environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Executives and Representatives
  • Set targets, monitor performance, and drive accountability through KPIs
  • Support reps in consultative selling and closing high-value, customized deals
  • Manage house accounts and key institutional clients in coordination with management
  • Collaborate with senior management on sales strategy and market expansion

What We're Looking For

  • At least 8 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in management
  • Strong background in consultative/solution selling (printing or related preferred)
  • Ability to motivate, coach, and hold a sales team accountable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
