- Oversee and manage multiple properties
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service providers
- Handle tenant/occupant inquiries and concerns
- Monitor property expenses, utilities, and contracts
- Maintain property records, leases, and documents
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Prepare regular property reports for management
Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Experience in property or real estate administration an advantage
• Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and fast learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and record-keeping
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
