Overview
We are looking for a Property Administrator who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial or residential properties as well as managing other employees who help maintain the property.
Responsibilities- Organize residents move-in/out – preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary.
- Manage residents' concerns and provide solutions to the problem.
- Analyzing financial reports to track the performance of investment properties.
- Provide critical thinking and manage for the implementation of proper procedure during crisis situations.
- Manage to create and implement House Rules and Policies and Procedure.
- Coordinating with insurance, contractors, engineers, and architects that the property is government compliant and ensure that the property is safe for occupancy.
- Preferably with safety officer training certificate
- With pleasing personality
- With 1–2 years of experience as a Property Admin with the same or related position; experience in a residential/building property management is preferred
- Can supervise and lead multiple properties with or less than 600 units
- Strong organizational skills
- Can work under less or minimum supervision
