Overview We are looking for a Property Administrator who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial or residential properties as well as managing other employees who help maintain the property. Responsibilities Organize residents move-in/out – preparing lease agreements for new tenants, renewing existing leases, and terminating leases when necessary. Manage residents' concerns and provide solutions to the problem. Analyzing financial reports to track the performance of investment properties. Provide critical thinking and manage for the implementation of proper procedure during crisis situations. Manage to create and implement House Rules and Policies and Procedure. Coordinating with insurance, contractors, engineers, and architects that the property is government compliant and ensure that the property is safe for occupancy. Qualifications Preferably with safety officer training certificate With pleasing personality With 1–2 years of experience as a Property Admin with the same or related position; experience in a residential/building property management is preferred Can supervise and lead multiple properties with or less than 600 units Strong organizational skills Can work under less or minimum supervision #J-18808-Ljbffr
