About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Sales Secretary to join our dynamic team at PTC Commercial Corporation in Tondo, Manila City. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring the smooth running of our office. With a focus on providing exceptional administrative and secretarial assistance, this position is integral to the success of our sales department.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the sales team
  2. Coordinating and managing the sales team's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  3. Maintaining and organising files, records and databases related to sales activities
  4. Handling incoming calls, emails and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
  5. Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations and other important documents
  6. Performing general office duties, such as ordering supplies and liaising with other departments
  7. Contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the sales department

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Sales Secretary or in a similar administrative/secretarial role
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  5. Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures
  6. Flexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of responsibilities
  7. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
