  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for the app within assigned partner clinics.
  • Onboard other clinic staff (if any / if applicable) to the app, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support.
  • Facilitate the transfer of existing patient records into Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Encourage clinic staff and customers to consistently utilize the app for all transactions.
  • Actively promote the app to clinic customers, encouraging them to download and use it for bookings and other interactions.
  • Provide feedback on app usability and clinic needs.
  • Achieve targets related to EMR upload completion, customer app downloads, and repeat app usage.
  • Attend trainings and onboarding sessions, some of which may be held in person in Bonifacio Global City (BGC)

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative roles, customer service, or sales, ideally within a clinic or healthcare setting.
  • Basic technical proficiency and comfort with using mobile applications and computer systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly for data entry.
  • Proactive and customer-focused with a strong desire to drive app adoption.
  • Ability to work independently and manage their time effectively while being based on-site at clinics.
