About the Role You’ll be the go-to person who ensures smooth clinic operations — from coordinating schedules and keeping records up to date, to making sure every client and pet gets a great experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily appointments and assist the veterinary team. Keep client and patient files organized and updated. Manage payments, invoices, and basic reporting. Support inventory tracking and supply coordination. Welcome clients and provide clear, friendly assistance. Qualifications College graduate preferred (Senior High graduates may apply). Background in admin, healthcare, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools. Location and Schedule Location: Pasay (near Cartimar and LRT Gil Puyat). Applicant must be near the area. Schedule: Monday to Saturday. Start Date: October 2025. #J-18808-Ljbffr
