Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4- year course
  • At least 1 year experience in administrative/customer service

Job Descriptions:

  • Serves as the communication Center of the Sales Group for internal communications to have smooth and continuos transactions.
  • Ensures accurate and on-time preparation of Order Slip to facilitate processing of customer's orders.
  • Performs and provides secretarial and administrative support to the Group.
  • Prepares and submits the reports including but not limited to the following: (Monthly Sales Report Quotation Statistic)
  • Other Tasks that may be assigned by the superior and/or top management from time to time.
