About the Role

Join our growing team as a Telesales Specialist This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for connecting with clients. You will handle friendly outbound calls to auto shops, trucking companies, and fleet owners—introducing our products, building relationships, and turning conversations into business opportunities.

This is not a typical call center job—you will have more independence, direct impact on results, and a clear career growth path.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily outbound calls to potential clients (auto shops, trucking companies, fleet owners).
  • Build rapport and present our solutions in a professional, confident manner.
  • Record client information and pass qualified leads to our sales team.
  • Support follow-ups and ensure clients have a smooth experience.
  • Occasionally assist in client visits (optional, not daily).

What We're Looking For
  • Strong phone communication skills – clear, confident, and persuasive.
  • Experience in BPO / call center sales, telemarketing, or client engagement preferred.
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, not afraid of rejection.
  • Fluent in Tagalog; good English communication is required (Mandarin a plus).
  • Organized and comfortable using computer tools (WhatsApp, Excel, Airtable).
