Job Description

Transpeed Communications is seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team this November 2025.

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for connecting with potential clients and patients, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward the right healthcare and wellness solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads and inquiries through phone, email, and social media
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and referral networks to generate new business
  • Educate prospects about healthcare and wellness programs offered through our network
  • Qualify leads, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for consistent messaging and service quality
  • Provide insights on client trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or healthcare-related sales preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience using CRM tools or similar platforms is an advantage
