Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound leads and inquiries through phone, email, and social media Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and referral networks to generate new business Educate prospects about healthcare and wellness programs offered through our network Qualify leads, identify client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in CRM systems Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion goals Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for consistent messaging and service quality Provide insights on client trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field (preferred) 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or healthcare-related sales preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience using CRM tools or similar platforms is an advantage What We Offer Competitive base salary plus attractive commission structure Training and continuous professional development Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to make an impact in the healthcare and wellness industry #J-18808-Ljbffr
