The Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, business development, and client relations of Sun Wu Business and Manpower Solutions Corporation. This role ensures efficient organizational performance, growth of business opportunities, and delivery of high-quality manpower solutions to clients. The Business Manager will lead teams, manage resources, and implement strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Supervise and oversee daily business activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Establish and monitor internal policies, procedures, and standards for service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

2. Business Development & Client Relations

  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and opportunities for expansion.

3. Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Monitor expenses and revenues to optimize profitability.
  • Support in pricing strategies and contract negotiations with clients.

4. Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise department heads and staff.
  • Conduct performance reviews, training, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes productivity and employee engagement.

5. Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with executive management to set business goals and implement long-term strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay competitive.
  • Recommend improvements in services, processes, and operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business management, preferably in manpower, staffing, or service-oriented industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, client management, and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and manpower industry standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic business environment.
