Job Description:

Scope:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

  2. Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

  3. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and projects.

  4. Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.

  5. Client Relationship Management:

  6. Manage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

  7. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.

  8. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of client needs and preferences

  9. Market Research and Analysis:

  10. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

  11. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and challenges.

  12. Provide insights and recommendations to inform business strategies .

  13. Sales and Revenue Growth:

  14. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

  15. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth.

  16. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  17. Collaboration and Communication:

  18. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.

  19. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  20. Provide regular updates on business development progress and challenges.
