Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for preparing the shipping, customs, and logistics documents.
  • Closely work with the Customs Broker Representatives in processing import/export paperwork, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and permits.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to ensure timely shipment processing.
  • Monitors document flow from origin to destination and ensure that all shipping documents are complete and accurate.
  • Maintain organized filing systemsfor physical and digital records of shipments and transactions.
  • Liaise with internal teams(e.g., sales, freight, brokerage, accounting) to gather necessary documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliancewith Bureau of Customs (BOC) regulations and other government requirements.
  • Advise clients in compliance strategies to avoid penalties and delays.
  • Contribute to client retention by maintaining high quality services.
  • Assist in audits and inspectionsby providing requested documentation and records.
  • Support the marketing team and actively participate in company marketing initiatives to contribute to brand awareness, client engagement, and promotional campaigns.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the company's operational and strategic needs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Customs administration, Logistics, Business Administration or any related field.
  • Preferably with 3-5 years of experience in logistics documentation or freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with Philippine customs procedure and international shipping terms (incoterms).
  • Proficient in MS Office and logistics software platforms.
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
  • Good coordination abilities.
  • Acts with initiative and responsibility, approaching challenges with an owner's mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of the English language, both oral and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients.
