Business Solutions Specialist

Job Requirements:
- Handle and process clients' new permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on freight and brokerage processes, systems, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and external partners, to ensure seamless client service.
- Support business development initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance client experience and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
- Support the marketing team and actively participate in company marketing initiatives to contribute to brand awareness, client engagement, and promotional campaigns.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the company's operational and strategic needs.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in client-facing roles, preferably in logistics, operations, or business solutions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and guide clients effectively.
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information.
- Acts with initiative and responsibility, approaching challenges with an owner's mindset.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and other business tools.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Great command of the English language, both oral and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Customer-focused.
- Resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
