Job Requirements:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the freight forwarding industry.
  • Conduct intense market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Close coordination with external marketing services for digital marketing efforts including website updates, SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing activities for trade shows, logistics expos, and client events.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, recommending improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned to support the company's operational and strategic needs.

Sales & Lead Generation Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support client acquisition.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights.

Branding & Communication

  • Use and administration of various social media and marketing platforms for brand engagement and promotion
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications.
  • Maintain relationships with media outlets, logistics partners, and industry associations.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, or promotions to increase brand engagement

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Customs Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in the same position, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
  • Strong understanding of international/local shipping, customs procedures, and Philippine logistics regulations.
  • Experienced in designing and executing high-impact email blasts to maximize customer engagement and outreach.
  • Creativity, and project management skills.
  • Acts with initiative and responsibility, approaching challenges with an owner's mindset.

Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, social media management platforms, and MS Office Suite, to drive brand engagement and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Great command of the English language, both oral and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally to clients.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Innovative mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new approach to improving tasks.
