Position: Accounting Associate (INFOR ERP)

Location: Parañaque - Sucat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team in Parañaque - Sucat. This role will be responsible for handling accounting transactions within the INFOR ERP system, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong accounting expertise, proficiency in ERP-based financial processes, and a keen eye for numerical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial transactions, including balance sheets, income statements, and other financial records, using INFOR ERP.
  • Ensure accurate data entry, reconciliation, and maintenance of accounting records within the ERP system.
  • Process invoices, statements of accounts, vouchers, and financial documents through the INFOR ERP accounting module.
  • Generate financial reports and analyses required by management and regulatory agencies.
  • Assist in tax return preparation and ensure compliance with government reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accounting journals, track monetary data, and support audit activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting workflows and improve ERP system efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
  • Experience working with INFOR ERP (or other ERP systems) is highly preferred.
  • Strong data entry and financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with teams across different departments.
  • High level of numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a cohesive team environment.
