Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Officer's Assistant to provide vital support in expanding the reach of EcoBloc AAC products. The role involves assisting in client engagement, documentation, event participation, and coordination tasks to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Business Development Officer in preparing presentations, proposals, and product materials for clients and events.
  • Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with architects, contractors, and developers.
  • Maintain and update client databases, leads, and activity reports.
  • Support business development activities at UAP (United Architects of the Philippines) events, construction expos, and other industry gatherings.
  • Ensure timely preparation of accreditation documents, project leads, and sales-related requirements.
  • Provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Monitor inquiries from prospective clients and route them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Compile regular updates and reports on business development activities and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Preferably with experience in sales coordination, business support, or construction-related industries.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in client interaction.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel and attend industry events as required.
