About Us

We are a growing construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an HR Staff (Recruitment Focused) to help us build strong teams by hiring construction workers, subcontractors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for construction workers, subcontractors, and office employees.
  • Post job ads across different platforms (online and offline) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
  • Maintain an updated database of workers, subcontractors, and staff for future project needs.
  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Support HR administrative tasks such as contracts, employee records, and compliance with labor requirements.
  • Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to understand manpower needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (construction industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment needs simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using online job platforms.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php12,480.00 per month
