We are looking for a reliable Operations Coordinator / Platform Support for a health and wellness company based in the US.
- Permanent WFH setup
- $6.50 USD per hour
- 40 Hours per Week – Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST / 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT

Requirements:
- Proven experience in SaaS or operations support
- Proficiency in Zendesk (or similar)
- Basic familiarity with SQL, data dashboards, or report building
- Exposure to workforce management or B2B marketplace tools
- Understanding of SaaS admin configurations or ticket workflow automation
- Experience documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system checks, data validation, and reviews across B2B platforms
- Support platform setup for new clients and agencies
- Monitor user activity and follow up on pending actions
- Act as SME for platform-related issues (via Zendesk, email, or chat)
- Manage and triage client tickets and escalate as needed
- Prepare monthly user activity and trend reports
- Document platform issues and assist in feature testing
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams for bug tracking
- Maintain knowledge base and propose improvement opportunities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
