Salary: USD $600–$900 per month
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila Time
Equivalent to Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM PST
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Care & Clinic Operations Coordinator to support both our residential group home programs and clinic operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience with EMR systems, familiarity with U.S. healthcare processes, and the ability to collaborate with clinical staff, administrators, and internal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesGroup Home Operations
- Run and analyze reports related to mental health provider encounters
- Review provider notes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Manage patient intake, documentation, and scheduling
- Coordinate directly with providers and facility administrators regarding patient needs
- Maintain structured records and ensure timely documentation across systems
Clinic Operations
- Support daily clinic workflow to ensure smooth patient flow and efficiency
- Complete administrative and compliance tasks, including monitoring licenses, permits, and contracting paperwork
- Coordinate with internal teams for credentialing and operational requirements
- Verify patient eligibility across Medi-Cal, Medicare, and commercial insurance plans
- Run, organize, and maintain reports in eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Update patient information, correct outdated data, and maintain accurate databases
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Familiarity with insurance platforms such as Availity
- Experience verifying eligibility (Medi-Cal, Medicare, commercial plans)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Work Schedule
Tuesday–Saturday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM Manila Time
Equivalent to Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM PST
Compensation
USD $600–$900 per month, depending on experience and skill level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php33, Php50,400.00 per month
