We are seeking a dedicated and passionate recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter you will be instrumental in driving our company's success by sourcing, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent.

*Responsibilities*

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Work closely with managers to understand their hiring needs and meet hiring goals.

Screen, coordinate, and schedule interviews with applicants.

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create a positive candidate experience.

Foster long-lasting relationships.

Understand trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive in latest recruitment practices.

Be present and on camera in a virtual hangout throughout the working day.

*Preferred Qualifications*

Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Reliable internet access and a computer or laptop with camera.

Confidence in conducting interviews through phone screens and web conferencing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision-making skills and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Comfortable working independently.

Experience with various interview formats including phone screening calls and web conferencing.

Proficiency in social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
