Salary & Compensation
- Fixed Base Salary: ₱30,000 - ₱80,000 annually, paid monthly, depending on experience.
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to ₱1,600,000 quarterly.
- Uncapped Commissions: This role offers an uncapped commission structure with unlimited earning potential. We reward high performance with an accelerated commission rate for all sales beyond your quota, ensuring that your earnings reflect your success.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote B2B Sales Representative to join our team and drive new business acquisition in the UK and US markets. This is a full-cycle sales role, responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, managing a sales pipeline, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong understanding of the B2B sales process and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting (40%): Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and qualify high-value leads within the UK and US B2B markets. This includes using tools for cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
- Pipeline Management & Nurturing (30%): Effectively manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure. Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our digital marketing services.
- Client Relationship Management (20%): Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients by understanding their business needs and positioning our services as the solution.
- Performance Reporting (10%): Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and key performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong understanding of Western business culture.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales-related technology.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience selling to the UK and/or US markets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, PPC, content marketing).
- Experience working in a fully remote environment.
