Remote Sales Representative – Hotel Energy-Saving Systems

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced, English-speaking remote sales representatives to contact hotels, present our energy-saving system, and schedule meetings for our sales executives.

This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for motivated sales professionals seeking high income potential and flexible remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to hotel managers, engineers, and decision-makers.
  • Use CRM software (Close CRM or HubSpot) to manage leads, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Generate qualified prospects and set appointments for senior sales closers.
  • Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Submit daily activity reports and performance updates.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B or call center experience targeting the U.S. market.
  • Proven experience using CRM platforms (Close CRM, HubSpot, or Zoho preferred).
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
  • Quiet workspace and noise-canceling headset.
  • Strong motivation to perform under a results-driven compensation structure.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Job Type: Full-time
