Remote Sales Representative – Hotel Energy-Saving Systems

Job Overview
We are seeking experienced, English-speaking remote sales representatives to contact hotels, present our energy-saving system, and schedule meetings for our sales executives.
This is a 100% commission-based position, ideal for motivated sales professionals seeking high income potential and flexible remote work.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B calls to hotel managers, engineers, and decision-makers.
- Use CRM software (Close CRM or HubSpot) to manage leads, notes, and follow-ups.
- Generate qualified prospects and set appointments for senior sales closers.
- Communicate with prospects via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Submit daily activity reports and performance updates.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Minimum 2 years of outbound B2B or call center experience targeting the U.S. market.
- Proven experience using CRM platforms (Close CRM, HubSpot, or Zoho preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (20 Mbps minimum).
- Quiet workspace and noise-canceling headset.
- Strong motivation to perform under a results-driven compensation structure.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
