We're looking for driven and ambitious Outbound Sales Representatives to join our team. This is a remote position based in the Philippines, and you'll play a key role in helping us connect with business owners, generate leads, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Clearly communicate Leapify's value proposition to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their pain points, business needs, and potential fit.
  • Schedule demos and appointments for account executives.
  • Maintain accurate lead information and activity tracking within the CRM.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly performance targets for outreach, demos booked, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and outreach strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (night shift in the Philippines).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
