About the Role
We are looking for a motivated SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking sales opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is target-driven, skilled in communication, and experienced in using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect potential B2B clients via LinkedIn, email, and cold calls
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs and fit
- Manage and update all interactions in CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
- Schedule product demos and sales meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach campaigns
- Track outreach performance and meet weekly/monthly lead-gen targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in SaaS sales or lead generation
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
- Strong communication, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Self-starter with a results-driven and resilient mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales automation and prospecting tools (Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , etc.)
- Familiarity with SaaS sales cycles and B2B decision-making processes
- Prior exposure to international markets (US, EU, MENA)
