We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telephone Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a background in sales, particularly in B2B and technology sectors. This position is crucial for driving business development and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to track interactions and manage customer relationships effectively.
  • Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads generated through marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for effective telemarketing campaigns.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in Salesforce.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage customers effectively through outbound calling strategies.
  • Experience in business development and marketing initiatives is a plus.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
