Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling / Lead Generation (B2B):
- Make outbound cold calls to potential business clients from a provided list or database.
- Introduce and promote our products/services to key decision-makers.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, outcomes, and follow-up actions.
- Follow up on warm leads and re-engage old prospects.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and schedules.
- Prepare and maintain client records, spreadsheets, and internal reports.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support general office operations and communication across departments.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales or executive team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable making dozens of calls per day and engaging in professional conversations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
