About the Role

We are seeking a Benefits Administration Supervisor to join our TEAM. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end benefits administration, ensuring compliance with government policies, and managing a team of associates. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in benefits processes, excellent leadership skills, and a background in HR or customer service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the immediate superior in onboarding and setting up new clients for benefits administration.
  • Act as the "go-to person" for insights on best practices, benefits regulations, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, Finance, and Admin teams for timely reporting and payment of government benefit claims and statutory contributions.
  • Prepare and review management reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Validate reports/documents from direct reports while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Ensure clients adhere to new government policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of assigned associates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and create developmental plans for team members.
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a 4-year business course (preferably in Human Resources or related field).
  • At least 3–4 years' experience in benefits administration.
  • With people management experience.
  • At least 3–4 years' experience in customer service management (BPO or related industry a plus).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and compliance orientation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27, Php32,000.00 per month
