Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Dermesse Full time ₱360,000 - ₱720,000 per year

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Employee Records:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on Employee's Master list
  • Updates employee's leave record for the current year and ensures all approved HRD authorization forms are properly recorded and filed.
  • Receives, records and routes business correspondences, pouches, and the likes to concerned employees and/ or department

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Prepares and send memorandum to concerned Department Head regarding employee's tardiness, policy deviations, etc.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues in a fair, timely, and consistent manner.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Preparation and issuance of COEs

Performance Management:

  • Support implementation of performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate performance evaluation cycles and provide support to employees and managers.
  • Track probationary reviews and performance improvement plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Payroll preparation by providing accurate data on attendance, leaves and allowances.
  • Receives, checks, and consolidates approved applicable HRD Authorization Form (Leave, Official Business, Overtime) from concerned employees
  • Process monthly deductions and online remittance of all government mandated benefits.
  • Processing of Maternity, Paternity and Sickness benefits of employees.
  • Process SSS and PAG-IBIG salary loans of employees.
  • Answer employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.

Offboarding Compliance:

  • Facilitate the end to end offboarding cycle.
  • Inform IT Department newly resigned employees especially those who have not undergone exit clearance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions, labor legislation, and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in HRIS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
